Conference Information
In order to submit a paper, you will need to create an account on the “Account and Registration” tab. After you have created the account and you have logged in, you can submit your paper and you can register for the conference. If you have already created the account for the conference last year, you can use the same account for this years conference.

Submission: The deadline for submitting papers is 31 January 2016. Proposals for contributed papers should be sent, in the form of an extended abstract or a full paper. The authors will be contacted by 29 February 2016 regarding the committee's decisions about the papers.

The deadline for registering to the conference ends on 3 April 2016 for presenting authors.

Fees are:

  • Before March 20: €300
  • After March 20 and before April 3: €350

The fees include the reception and conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to

Cancellation received 29 calendar days or more before the conference start date will be entitled to a full refund, less a €35 administrative fee.

Cancellation received between 15 and 28 calendar days (inclusive) before the start of the conference will be entitled to a 50% refund of the registration fee, less a €35 administrative fee.

Late cancellations received between 1 day and 14 days (inclusive) prior to the start of the conference or failure to attend will be not be entitled to any refund.

In the unlikely event that the conference has to be cancelled or its date altered, a full refund will be offered to all delegates.
